Shipping Policies:

Standard New Zealand Shipping costs $7. (1-3 business days.)

Rural New Zealand Shipping costs $11. (1-3 business days.)

International Shipping costs $24. (3-10 business days.)

  • Please be sure to verify your shipping address upon purchase as I am not liable for the package once I have sent it. Izzisbeads does not accept responsibility for any packages damaged or lost in shipping. If this has happened to you, please contact your shipping provider regarding the issue.

  • Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order and 3 working days to ship. Custom orders will take at least 5 working days to complete and I appreciate your patience.

Return Policies:

Izzisbeads currently does not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any queries regarding your purchase please email me at izzisbeads@gmail.com or send me a DM on Instagram.

Jewellery Care

  • All findings on necklaces are made with stainless steel unless stated otherwise. This means they are anti-tarnish and fine to go in water. I still would not recommend showering or swimming with them as it can cause unnecessary wear and tear and may damage the beads. All the necklaces are handmade so please be gentle with your izzisbeads babies.

  • All huggies are made using stainless steel. This means they should not turn your skin green or tarnish easily. I still wouldn’t recommend showering or swimming in them as it may damage the charm or bead attached.

  • Similarly to the necklaces, all bracelets and anklets are made using stainless steel findings unless stated otherwise. Do try to avoid showering and swimming with them on as it can cause unnecessary wear and tear and may damage the beads. Please be gentle with your izzisbeads babies as they are all handmade!

  • I make all my rings using a lacquered anti-tarnish wire. Although it is lacquered, direct contact with alcohols or soaps can cause the coating to deteriorate. Avoid contact with hand sanitisers and soaps. All the rings are handmade, so please be gentle! Tugging on them or stretching them can cause them to come apart.

  • Crystals have varying degrees of hardness on the Mohs scale. Crystals below 7 on this are not recommended for everyday wear, as they can chip or scratch easily. Some of these may be included in my pieces and I always list the crystals I’ve used. The ones I may use and are not recommended for everyday wear are flourite, amber, moss agate, apatite, malachite, calcit and apatite.

    I think everyone should be able to have cute jewelry! This means no matter your gender or sexual orientation you are welcome here and on my social media. I try to make my social media and market stalls welcoming for all.

  • Accessibility

    There is a lot of ableism and fatphobia in the jewelry industry; I am aiming to make my jewelry as accessible as possible. If you need a magnet clasp due to limited dexterity or an extra extension email me or send me a DM on Instagram and I’ll do my best to find a solution.

  • My Prices

    All of my prices reflect the materials and time involved in making them. In saying that; I try my best to keep my prices as low as I can without compromising on quality. In short, everyone should be able to buy cute jewelry for reasonable prices!

Terms of Service and Disclaimers

Although I do not want to, I have the right to refuse service to anyone. I may do this on the grounds of the following, but is not limited to: Abuse towards me, harassment, bullying, or scamming. This and my Instagram page are the only places you can purchase my products. My pieces are not for resale, nor can anyone use my product pictures and claim them as their own.

Each product is handmade and therefore will never be a carbon copy of another, or the product photographed. I do try my very best to recreate my photographed products.

I use high-quality lacquered wire and stainless steel findings which are designed to be friendly to everyone’s skin; however, I cannot 100% guarantee they will not cause an allergic reaction as everyone is different. Any sterling silver products I use, are stamped with a ‘925’ by the manufacturer in order for them to be advertised as such. I will not claim any components are genuine sterling unless they have a stamp.

All of my products are handmade. This means they may not look identical to the picture, as aforementioned. As well as this, I use a lot of freshwater pearls and crystals which are natural and unique. No two pearl and crystal beads are alike. I do my best to stay accurate to any measurements given on my website. I also do my best to portray accurate colours in my product photos. Some colours may not be exactly the same due to the nature of using natural stone beads. I do not claim liability for any discrepancies in colour due to the display of the customer’s device.

Custom orders

In order to preserve mine, and other artists’ integrity, I will not copy a design from an inspiration picture. You can absolutely send in any pictures of other pieces, colour inspiration or some of your own jewellery as inspiration. Just please keep in mind I cannot copy anything. Please also bear in mind I may not have the exact beads that are in the pictures as I don’t have an unlimited supply. If you don’t accept these terms, then you are free to take your requests to the original artist or someone else. For each custom order there will be a $25 NZD deposit when you add the ‘custom order product’ to your cart. Once I have made the product for you, I will charge the remainder of the value of your piece. The price of the custom pieces reflect the supplies, time and complexity needed. Lastly, and I hope I will never have to do this: If you are disrespectful towards me and make me uncomfortable, I will have to cancel your order. I will refund you the deposit. The respect goes both ways and I always appreciate your understanding. Although this is a pretty serious paragraph, I am always excited to make you the piece of your dreams!
